This natural Harmony Linen Spray is a fantastic recipe to use anytime in your home! Using this combination of therapeutic essential oils will make your home smell alive and fresh, so it’s the perfect home DIY project. I like to use it before entertaining to create an environment harmony for my guests while using essential oil superpowers at the same time!
The best way to use it is to mist the natural linen spray on your pillows, plants, lamps, and even on yourself (as long as you use therapeutic grade essential oils).
Harmony Linen Spray Ingredients
4oz spray bottle
3oz Spring water (or distilled water)
1 tsp Witch Hazel
3 Drops each of:
- Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
- Clove Bud Essential Oil
- Orange (sweet) Essential Oil
- Lemon Essential Oil
Combine the ingredients into a bowl. Use a small funnel to pour the liquid mixture into the spray bottle. Store in a cool, dry place.
Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil – This oil works as an antibacterial, anti-fungal, and mood enhancer.
Clove Bud Essential Oil – Clove bud provides respiratory relief for asthma and cough. It also works as an anti antimicrobial and pain reliever while possessing anti-cancer properties.
Orange (sweet) Essential Oil – Orange works as an energizer which uplifts a room and provides calming properties. This also works as a digestion booster while also having antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities.
Lemon Essential Oil – Similar to orange, lemon is a mood booster and a stress reducer while also providing a fresh clean smell to your linen spray. Lemon has an added bonus of being anti-fungal, which keeps your linens fresh.
